Bare trees overhanging a snowy lane.

I took this one today on a walk with my husband and the dogs. It's a narrow lane (called Great Edge) in Warley that has lovely views across the valley to Norland. Despite these views, I'm always drawn to this little copse of trees. There's some kind of tall mast in the middle of them, too, which makes the copse an easy landmark to spot when you're on any of the other surrounding hills.

Camera/lens settings: ISO 200, f/5.6, 1/80s, 18mm, hand held.
