I took this one in April this year from the Mount Skip area between Mytholmroyd and Hebden Bridge, looking across to the opposite side of the valley. You can see the monument of Stoodley Pike at Todmorden on the far horizon, centre right of the photo.
It was a difficult photo to process, because of the extremes of light and dark in the sky - even though it still has some blown-out highlights I still like it, though, as it truly represents how the sky was at the time.
Camera/lens settings: ISO 100, f/8, 1/125s, 18mm, hand held.
I select my favourite images from my walks and travels (photographed with my Nikon D3200) and post them here.
