I took this one this morning at Hardcastle Crags. I took my ND filters and tripod so that I could get some long exposure river shots. I actually found it really difficult - both in terms of getting a good composition (and being able to position the tripod in the right place to get it) and also physically (crouching on slippy rocks and bending over to compose and focus). And yet again I slipped on a wet rock and nearly ended up in the river with my camera and tripod on top of me - I really need to concentrate more on my footing!
Camera/lens settings: ISO 100, f/16, 5s, 18mm, ND filters & tripod.
I select my favourite images from my walks and travels (photographed with my Nikon D3200) and post them here. I also add any notes of interest about the making of each image (either at the time or afterwards on the computer). I hope you enjoy looking at my photos and would love to see your comments. If you like a photo, please also share it via your social media using the buttons below each picture...thank you!
