In Lightroom, I cropped the image to remove the ground (somehow I think it makes the image more magical) and played with exposure, contrast and highlights a little.

Yellow light in the treetops
This one's from my walk from Hebden Bridge to Stoodley Pike, Todmorden in November this year. I took it on the climb up the hillside out of Hebden - I just loved how the sunlight was hitting and colouring the tops of the trees, contrasting with the shadows underneath.
In Lightroom, I cropped the image to remove the ground (somehow I think it makes the image more magical) and played with exposure, contrast and highlights a little.
